Sun Beach Club offers 2 & 3 bedroom units in a variety of floor plans, which are sure to be perfect for you and your family's lifestyle. Our condominiums feature master bedroom, guest bedrooms, master bathroom, guest bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry area.
Our amenities include a heated pool, hot tub and lanai area for its' owners and guests, while being surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds. Public beach access is available and is located just across the street.
Our site is also located beside the Ocean Village Shopping Center which offers Touch of Italy, C's Waffles, Happy Nails Salon, Hair Currents Salon, Moe's Liquors, Dollar General Market, Beach Side Laundromat, The Bakers Table, Nautilus by the Sea Fitness Center and more!
Guest Registration
All guests are required to register with the office. Guests with vehicles must also obtain proper parking permits. We appreciate your cooperation. Please provide the guest form https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lR7jHOA5BaMhmW0SvXsMUzdFCAHOkr8b/view?usp=sharing to the on-site Property Manager in the office by the pool.
PETS
While we love our furry friends, only owners are permitted to have a pet. Service animals are always welcome.
